- Built a weekly data sync system with 24-hour cache invalidation and a force-sync endpoint that splits date ranges into 7-day chunks, cutting redundant Meta API calls across 35+ enterprise clients.
- Implemented role-based access control (user / admin / super-admin) across ticketing and feature-request modules.
- Cron-based email alerts for third-party API failures (Facebook Ads, Salesforce, GoHighLevel).
- Moved weighted lead scoring to the server with MongoDB aggregation pipelines and server-side pagination — 80% faster page loads, 70% faster rendering.
- Built a payment collection system integrating Supabase with Pagaralia payment gateway, n8n webhooks for CSV batch processing, dynamic payment URLs, and SMTP notifications.
